Q. What?
A. Yes.
Q. Wait no really...what?
A. I'm not kidding you - the answer is yes*
Q. ....
A. Just get passed it and move on
Q. So what is this place?
A. It's where you come to find what you want to watch
Q. Why do I need you for that?
A. You might not, but otherwise you'll waste 30 minutes deciding what to watch
Q. Why do you say that?
A. Because you clearly DON'T know what you want to watch, but you DO know what mood you're in
Q. So what do you do?
A. We'll tell you what to watch based on your mood
Q. How did this happen?
A. After years of TV addiction which then morphed into the more acceptable obsession with streaming shows at all times, the same frustration kept coming over us: what to watch? Now with more access to shows and content than is objectively healthy with (on average we have access to at least 3 streaming services if not more) the problem still consistently comes up of: what the hell do I want to watch?
The thing is, just because you like something doesn't mean you want to watch it. I love Inception but I don't want to get into a mind-bending drama about dreams when I'm trying to destress after work. I love Arrested Development but it's not appropriate for getting me invested in a different world. Categorizing by ratings and genres help but they don't solve the problem.
You choose what to watch based on your mood.
It's like being in the pasta sauce isle at Whole Foods: there are more brands and types than you thought existed, you know they're all at least half-decent to be in the store, but with so much choice you have no idea which one you're in the mood for or going to like.
We show you what you should watch based on your mood
